i want to be a part of V I C

i seriously want to be a part of this

however, i dont have credit cards

why is it so hard to be a member of certain sites especially when they have membership fee

not only that, i could not buy cds through yesasia because i dont have credit card...

i want to be a member of VIC
i have the money but i dont have the priviledge to join
I DONT HAVE CREDIT CARD!!!

how i wish they will entertain bank deposits or via mail?
